First I want to say that I’ve been down with Sole Collector since day one. I talk to D. Wells on a regular basis. He writes for SC, so as usual I’m pumped when a new issue arrives. If you don’t have a subscription I suggest you think about it.

They did a piece on “Bodega,” a shoe boutique in Boston. It’s a concept store where the outer of the store looks like a small grocery store. Then behind the store is a shoe store - a shoe store that receives quick strike Nike’s along with other brands.
