I'm honored to be posting the very first post of 2007 here at ShoeIQ.

The final month of 2006, I actually purchased two pairs of shoes. (Hey, I had a giftcard!) How could I resist a 50 percent off sale from DSW? I got a great pair of high-heeled clogs by Guess, regular $100, for $13. And a smashing pair of Steve Madden for under $30. Amazing, huh?

2006 brought a lot of changes in my life, including purchasing my own home (with room for all my shoes) and adding to that shoe collection. I'm hope 2007 will bring me more shoes. Because, after all, a girl can never have too many shoes. read more...

Okay... so I’ve been good for about, oh, a week or so. I really have.

But then Sunday I knew I needed to get a new pair of black flats. And since I was going right by DSW Shoe Warehouse, I figured I would stop.

Just.one.pair. And that was all. Black flats. Nothing else.

Yeah. Right.

So I went in there and browsed a little, looking for the aforementioned black flats. I wanted something similar to what I already had (Enzo Angiolini’s Liberty). But I found these Michael Kors clogs.
