They Don't look the Same

I wear a size 10 and I notice that whenever you go to a store and see a cute show in the window that is a size 5 and then you go to your section and look at the shoe and it looks like a totally different shoe. That aggravates me so much. Is there anyone else out there that feels the same way?

I have noticed that too as

I have noticed that too as my mom is a size 9.5 (and I am a 7.5) and a lot of times we like the same shoes. She sees me trying them on and wants to try them as well but then sees them in her size and doesn't think they are "as cute". We have found, however, when you put them on they still look cute - it's just when you are looking at them on the shelf they look a bit different. Do you find them less cute when you actually try them on?? ** LOVES TO SHOP **

I have this problem but not

I have this problem but not because of size. There are just some shoes that I find that I would really like but they just don't look right once I put them on. Not sure exactly what it is though.

They don't look the same.

I have a cousin that has small feet. And everything she buts on looks good. But my feet are bigger and when I try the same shoe on as she does it just doesn't look the same. So I think foot size makes a difference on how they look.

I find that too.  I wear a

I find that too.  I wear a size 8, but a good friend wears a size 10.  When I put them on she thinks they look cute, but when she sees the same shoes in her size,  she often doesn't even bother trying them,  because she thinks they just look strange in the larger size.

It's an unfair way

...to get you in the store looking for shoes that were so very cute in the window but look like combat boots in the size that most women actually wear. It is really too bad that isn't considered false advertising!

Style/type matter

Some of us with bigger feet have a hard time finding shoes that don't make our feet "look" bigger.  We want to find shoes that make are feet look smaller.  There are certain types or styles of shoes that make your feet look huge.  I guess I look in the mirror a million times to make sure my feet don't look big.  And if they look bigger when I look down at them then I don't get them.  I try to find shoe styles that accent my feet not make them look like boats.
