Baby Shoes

Ok, I know that this isn´t something related to shoe fashion, but don´t you just adore baby shoes? I always want to buy them, whether I have a baby to wear them or not! :) When my son was 3 months old, my husband bought him some absolutely beautiful little red and blue sneakers for a terrible price, considering he would never actually use them to walk in! He said they gave our son a "finished" look. lol. I still have those shoes although my son is now running all over the place. Well, they will serve the next baby, due in a month, I suppose. :)

It's not just shoes

At least not with me. I just love baby THINGS. The dresses and clothes are so cute, but the shoes, they're adorable. Mine are 9 and 6, no plans for another, so I just look and drool. :)

I agree

Baby stuff is just so cute. :) It is so addicting to buy, too! This baby will be my last (hopefully) and so then I guess I will have to wait for the grandkids to make and buy adorable tiny little things again.

I love baby shoes. I used to

I love baby shoes. I used to buy them all the time when my boys were babies. The problem was with a lot of them I found is half them time they never stayed on. But they are just so cute.

When my kids were babbies they had all kinds of shoes. My daughter had a cast on her one leg when she was a baby and I would buy shoes for her . She would wear one and I would end up throwing the other one away. My husband told me I was out of my mind.

My little one is 7 months

My little one is 7 months old.  Not quite walking by trying like crazy.  He is the proud owner of 1 completely adorable pair of Nike Shox that match his daddys.  A pair of retro style Air Jordans,  also matching his daddys.  A pair of the cutest Nike sandals.  I couldnt resist (And those little suckers cost more than mine or my husbands)  and a a pair of little brown sandals.  Of course he kicks them off as soon as you put them on,  but they are just so darn cute,  I can't help myself.

You almost need to use super glue, don't you? LOL

When my kids were little, they didn't keep shoes on their feet. In fact, now that they're older, they STILL don't like wearing shoes. They'll even run around barefoot outside, and put shoes on ONLY if they HAVE to.

I'm not sure

I really couldn't bring myself to buy expensive shoes for my babies.  It just seemed a waste of money.  Before they walked I would buy cute little booties.  When they were walking I heard it was best to let them walk barefoot so when they did have to wear shoes I would just buy them at Target or Sears on sale.  I just couldn't pay alot for shoes that they only wore for 2 months or so.  They just grow so fast.  I know I probably sound cheap.  lol.

You are right cocowgirl,

You are right cocowgirl, babies shoes are simply adoreable, but babies grow so fast before you know it they have outgrown those cute little shoes. When my middle son was a baby I would buy him moccasins because I had also heard that walking in a softer shoe was great for his feet...didn't help him though he still ended up with flat feet. But although my kids are grown if I should pass the childrens shoe section in a department store...I still stop and browse...

has anyone seen the baby
