Spring Fever

This may sound strange, but I think my feet get Spring Fever. Is that weird?

Possibly. This is ME we're talking about here.

I think the deal is - my feet get tired of wearing closed-up shoes. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big boot fan for the winter. In fact, I buy a new pair of boots every season. But by the time the weather starts to get a little warmer, I'm ready to start wearing those open-toed shoes again. And getting pedicures on a more regular basis.

And what I'm leading up to is this... Zappos was kind enough to send me an email stating they had free overnight shipping. How could I refuse that? So I did what any normal female who is shoe obsessed would do. I went online.

It took me about twenty iminutes, but I finally found a shoe I couldn't live without. It's a Steve Madden (actually his Steven line) and it's called Fairly. These are the cutest shoes ever with a bow on the ankle strap. They look suspiciously like Betsey Johnson's Carissa (which of course I'm dying to have in the red velvet).

So. I got the shoes. And they are smashing. They were a big hit at the office with the ladies. Now all I have to do is wait for the weather to get warmer. But this is Texas after all. I only have to wait a minute. ;)
