Shoe Nerd

I think I've officially crossed the line to shoe-nerd. I've taken my obsession to new heights beyond all reason.

Yes, folks, I have begun to review shoes on Zappos website.

But hey, it's the least I can right since I give them so much of my money, right?

Recently I purchased three pairs of shoes with them and I felt compelled to review each pair. The KORS Time Square, which is a lovely sandal with a cork heel. Did you know cork heels are the in thing? I had no idea. I'm so not trendy and I try never to be (I just buy what I like) so imagine my surprise when I discovered I was "in".

The other pair I reviewed were Gabrielle Rocha's Dalila – hot pink with a stiletto heel. They are surprisingly comfortable even with the super high heel and the ankle strap (beware of the blisters, though, that ankle strap can give you… I got a doozy).

I even reviewed a pair I didn't buy on Zappos (shhh.. don't tell them). Steve Madden has this lovely pair of platform stilettos I got in navy suede (style Risque) and I love them but they tend to run about a 1/4 size too big. Disappointing for such a lovely shoe.

And I'm still coveting that pair of red satin Betsey Johnson's Carissa… I see a review in the future for that one.
