My Great Loves: Kate Moss + Wellies

Say what you like about Kate's personal life, but it can't be denied that the girl has incredible style.  She is one of my Golden Goddesses of Chic.  And we both love love love wellies!  Now that it's fall/winter, it is time to dust off your rain boots.  Ah, what a glorious excuse to wear one of the cutest and most FUN things to put on your tootsies!!

Kate is partial to Hunter Wellington Boots (shown in the lovely wellie pinwheel above). She's a Brit and she loves her Brit boots. I'm an Angeleno (i.e., live in LA) and though we don't get much rain or cold weather here (boo! i miss the rain!!) I wear my wellies all through the winter season and I like any old kind -- so long as they're colorful and cute!

I recently discovered Tamara Henriques, who designed a gorgeous line of wellies. I'm so coveting these! Another good wellie source is Diane's Little Lambs. The site isn't particularly slick, but they carry many different brands of wellies, including Sperry, Tamara Henriques, and Chooka. They come in dots, plaids, skulls, tattoos, doggies, leopard print, anchors...tons of cute designs to choose from. I may need a second job to support my need for wellies.
