Cold Snap Means Boots
I live in Texas. And so while the rest of the civilized country is wearing sweaters and their favorite boots, we're still wearing shorts and t-shirts. It really is a sad state of affairs, especially because fall is my absolute favorite time of year.
I love getting out my favorite sweaters, skirts, and boots. My winter wardrobe is certainly better than my summer one, that's for sure. I think I own about six pairs of boots. I have this thing for boots – from ankle high to thigh high. (In fact, I'm coveted at pair over at Victoria's Secret right now. Oh my stars, they are so cool – knee high, Steve Madden, polyurethane with a 3 3/4" stiletto heel, in black of course.)
But I digress…
By the end of the week, though, we're supposed to get our first cold front. The high on Friday will be in the 60s and you know what that means – it's time for sweaters and boots.
Hey, I'm thin-skinned here in Texas. If the temperature drops before 70, I'm chilly. I need a wrap. And a pair of boots.
The only problem know is deciding which pair…
